Open to students of all skill levels! Participants will learn essential techniques, strategies, and sportsmanship while staying active and engaged.

Kiddie Kickerz

Age Group: 3 - 8 year olds

Designed for children to learn the fundamentals of soccer in a supportive environment.  Coach Denis is returning to help the little ones build confidence, coordination, and to work together as a team. 
**Kiddie Kickerz is a month-to-month membership.  It does not automatically renew at the beginning of the month. **

Elem. Speed & Agility

Age Group: 6 - 11 year olds

Our Speed & Agility program for elementary age children is designed to boost your child’s speed, agility, and coordination in a fun and engaging environment.  We focus on drills and exercises to improve quickness, balance, and overall athleticism. 

These memberships will auto renew on the 1st of each month.

Middle School & high school

MS/HS Speed & Agility

Age Group: 11 - 18 year olds

For athletes who want to get quicker, more explosive, and more confident in their movement no matter the sport they play.  

This program will focus on:
  • Change direction, acceleration, and lateral speed
  • Coordination, balance, and body control
  • Sprint mechanics and reaction time
  • Strength training
Athletes will spend part of the time in the weight room and on the turf.

These memberships will auto renew on the 1st of each month.
