Elementary Age Programs
Learn to play Camp
Grades: K - 5th
Perfect for beginners and young athletes looking to try something new in a supportive and energetic environment.
This program is designed to help them build confidence and skills while introducing them to different sports each day.
speed & Agility Camp
Grades: K - 5th
For young athletes who want to get quicker, more explosive, and more confident in their movements no matter what sport they play.
This program will focus on changing direction, acceleration, and lateral speed. Coordination, balance, and body control. Sharpening the brain and feet to react quicker and learn the mechanics to move faster.
Field Hockey Camp
Grades: K - 5th
Designed to introduce young athletes to the sport in a fun, supportive, and skill building environment.
This program will focus on stick skills and ball control, footwork, agility, and coordination. Through fun, structured drills athletes will get an intro into game play and teamwork while building their confidence.
Lacrosse Camp
Grades: K - 5th
For athletes looking to build a strong foundation in lacrosse while improving their overall athleticism and confidence.
The program will focus on stick skills (passing, catching, cradling, and shooting), game awareness, positioning, and teamwork. Through competitive play and drills we will help build confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Open to boys and girls!
Soccer Camp
Grades: K - 5th
For athletes looking to build a strong foundation in soccer while improving their overall athleticism and confidence.
The program will focus on ball control, footwork, agility, coordination, intro to game play and teamwork. Through competitive play and drills we will help build confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Middle & High School Athletes
Speed & Agility
Grades: 6th - 12th
For athletes who want to get quicker, more explosive, and more confident in their movement no matter the sport they play.
The program will focus on changing direction, acceleration, and lateral speed. Along with coordination, balance, body control, sprint mechanics and reaction time.
Athletes will spend their time on the turf and in the weight room.
Registration options are the first 5 weeks, second 5 weeks, or all 10 weeks.
Ice Hockey Specific Strength Training
Grades: 6th - 12th
For athletes who want to improve their skills by focusing on their strength and endurance.
The program will focus on improving strength and agility, tailored to ice hockey movements and demands. Incorporating exercises to enhance mobility, stability, and flexibility to reduce the risk of common hockey injuries.
Athletes will spend the hour in the weight room.
Sportsmetrics
Grades: 6th - 12th
Sportsmetrics is a research-based training program designed to reduce the risk of ACL and lower body injuries while improving athletic performance in youth and high school athletes.
Areas of focus include proper landing and jumping technique, lower body strength and core stability, improve balance, coordination, and reaction time, enhance speed, agility, and explosiveness.

Running Specific Strength Training

Bring your NCAA program or let us design a custom-tailored workout for you. Train in small groups led by Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches focused on precision, form, and measurable progression.
Open Turf
Elevate your game with dedicated turf time. We provide the balls, cones, and nets - you bring the hustle!
Our 7v7 Field Hockey sessions are fully officiated by high-level umpires to ensure fast-paced, competitive play.
Complete Package
Our bundled program integrates elite strength conditioning with technical field skills, allowing you to complete your entire training program in one location.

Upon completed registration you will have access to book yourself into whichever S&C and/or Open Turf times you will be attending through our GymMaster Member App.
May 11th - June 4th: 7v7 schedule will be Wednesdays 9am and 11am only. Thursday will have 9am Open turf (no ref) and 7v7 at 6pm and 7pm. June 10th - July 31st: 7v7 schedule will be Wednesdays 9am, 11am, 6pm, and 7pm. Thursdays will be open turf at 9am.

FAQ'S
- Payment for registration will be collected at the time of registration.
- If you would like to pay via check or cash, please stop by the facility any time to complete registration.
- We do not issue refunds. We can credit towards a future program.

Payment Plan Option: We will bill $300 on the first of each month for three months. April, May, June.

We have limited parking at our facility and ask that everyone be courteous to other drivers. The lot attendants are there to guide you to a safe place to drop off or park.
Under no circumstances should you use the Creekside Landscape driveway. Not for turning around, waiting, or parking.
