Sports Coaches:

Are you an experienced coach looking for a professional home for your athletes? Maximize Training Center is actively seeking dedicated, high-energy coaches across all sports to join our premier training center in Hummelstown.

Whether you are an established business owner with an existing roster of clients or a former athlete looking to begin coaching one-on-one, we offer a versatile, top-tier environment designed to take your training to the next level.

Candidate Requirements:
To maintain our standard of excellence and safety, all applicants must meet the following:
- Experience: Proven track record in coaching/or playing at a collegiate or professional level.
-Clearances: Must provide valid PA Child Abuse History Clearance and a Criminal Background Check.
-Professionalism: A commitment to athlete development, safety, and maintaining a positive training environment.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH:

At Maximize, we don't just "run workouts" - we build athletes. Whether we are leading a 20-person team through a power phase or coaching an individual through injury rehab, our goal is to deliver elite-level programming and coaching that yields measurable results.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:
We hold a high standard for our staff to ensure our clients receive the best care possible.
-Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.
- Must hold a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification.
- Current CPR/AED Certification or able to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Administrative Assistant

This position serves as the first point of contact and an integral member of the team. If you're the kind of person who remembers a client's name and their goals, you'll thrive here! We are looking for the right person to bring the energy to greeting our members and guests. Fielding phone calls with professionalism, manage check-ins, and handle inquiries regarding memberships, registrations, and rentals. Assist with billing, data entry, curating weekly emails and monthly newsletter. Prepare turf space for each rental by getting nets in place.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and solve problems independently in a dynamic environment
Take initiative and ownership of their duties
Dependable
Experience with Canva and Microsoft products
