Our Speed & Agility program is designed to help elementary, middle and high school athletes get quicker, more explosive, and more confident in their movement no matter the sport they play. Led by Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches with experience training youth, high school, and collegiate athletes, this program focuses on developing:

  • First-step quickness and acceleration
  • Change of direction and lateral speed
  • Coordination, balance, and body control
  • Sprint mechanics and reaction time

Athletes will learn how to move with purpose and gain an edge over the competition all in a fun, high-energy environment that builds confidence and work ethic.

Kiddie kickerz

Denis Clarke, originally from Dublin Ireland, gained a full soccer scholarship and studied Elementary Education at Elizabethtown College. He has been coaching Club, High School and Professional soccer in Central Pennsylvania for over 25 years. He is the Director of Player Development at Penn FC and has been running his Kiddie Kickerz soccer program for 3 to 8 year olds (on the East & West shores of Harrisburg) for over 20 years.

We are very happy to bring Denis’ fun & exciting KK program into our facility that will allow all participants to learn the fundamentals of soccer in a safe & positive environment.

 

Boys Lacrosse Academy

Our off-season Lacrosse Academy is designed to help elementary and middle school athletes build a strong foundation in the sport while improving their overall athleticism and confidence.  
Perfect for beginner and intermediate players, this program focuses on:
  • Essential lacrosse skills, movement mechanics, and game understanding  
  • Stick skills: passing, catching, cradling, shooting
  • Game awareness, positioning, and teamwork
  • Confidence-building through competitive play and drill
 

Athlete Strength Training

We offer strength training small group classes designed for middle school and high school athletes who want to build strength, improve speed and power, reduce risk of injury, and perform at their best.  Led by experienced coaches – including former collegiate athletes and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches – these classes focus on proper movement mechanics, progressive strength development, and athletic performance essentials.

Whether your child is in-season, off-season, or just looking to take their athletic development to the next level, our programs are tailored to meet them where they are and prepare them for where they want to go.

Running Specific Strength Training

Our runner-specific strength and conditioning program is built for middle school and high school athletes who want to run faster, stay injury-free, and build a strong foundation for a long-term performance. 

Led by Sof and Stef, former D1 runners, conference champions, All Americans and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches. 

This program focuses on the unique needs of distance runners:

  • Functional strength for powerful, efficient running
  • Stability and mobility to prevent common injuries
  • Core, ankle and hip strength to support proper form
  • Plyometrics and drills to build explosiveness and stride power

Whether your athlete runs cross country, track, or both, this program helps them develop the tools they need to perform at their best and stay injury free all season long.
