Jonathan Nixon

Jonathan graduated from Messiah University with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science and a concentration in Exercise Science. During his time at Messiah, he played for the Men’s volleyball team and gained experience as a strength coach at both high school and collegiate levels. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as training for triathlons.

Sarah Pipa

Sarah is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She graduated from West Chester University with her B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. Growing up she was involved in many sports but focused mainly on football, track, and competitive cheer. During her time at West Chester, she cheered for football and basketball games as well as competed at UCA College Nationals. She is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness and performance goals while enhancing their quality of life. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, outdoor activities (except in freezing weather), and eating delicious food!
