Athlete Nutrition

When I tore my ACL in my senior year of high school, I had a lot of uncertainty about how to return to full fitness and feel prepared for my upcoming college season. I worked with Mary to regain my strength, speed, and agility to be ready for the NCAA field hockey season. Because of my time working with Mary, I was able to bounce back from a long-term injury to earn Big Ten Freshman of the Year and First-Team Big Ten honors in my first season at Northwestern. I also became a two-time National Champion, a 4-time All-American, a Honda Award Winner, and a Paris 2024 Olympian. Her expertise and work ethic were the perfect fit for me, and I appreciated how she pushed me to test my limits as an athlete, even after I had returned to playing. Mary effortlessly combines compassion, knowledge, and energy to ensure athletes can compete at the highest levels, and I’ll always be grateful for how she’s helped me achieve my athletic goals and extend my field hockey career.
